GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE.
Procedure:
1. Buyer ask “A.M.A Exportadores” to issue the ICPO.
2. “A.M.A Exportadores” issues requsted documentation to the Buyer.
3. Buyer returns fully completed, duly signed and sealed documents to “A.M.A Exportadores”.
4. “A.M.A Exportadores” issues the FCO, BCL and a draft of the Sales & Purchase Contract for approval from Buyer.
5. The Buyer returns FCO duly signed and sealed together with the approval of the Sales & Purchase Contract & BCL to “A.M.A Exportadores”.
6. “A.M.A Exportadores” issues the entire and complete legal documentation attesting the export capacity and the existence of the goods, together with the complete and personlized Sales & Purchase Contract.
7. Sales & Purchase Contract is signed and sealed by DHL or UPS.
8. The Buyer issues the payment instrument to bank represented by “A.M.A Exportadores”.
9. “A.M.A Exportadores” reserves the quota and collection of merchandise, issues the disspatch, signs of with customs and deliver the merchadise.
